On April 20, we will sing in the first-floor auditorium of Yale’s Rosenfeld Hall with about 80 friends from around the Mid-Atlantic and New England Sacred Harp communities. Registration begins at 9:30, with singing beginning at 10. Anyone is welcome to listen or join.
We will break around noon for a potluck dinner-on-the-grounds, and locals are encouraged to bring a dish to share. Kitchen facilities are not available on site, so please bring food ready to serve.
A social will be held following the singing at The Cannon, a vegan pub located at 135 Dwight Street.
Entry and accessibility:
Please enter via side door on Temple Street; the main (courtyard) entrance leads to off-limits dormitory space.
The entrance to the venue is equipped with an automatic door opener. Two single-stall all-gender restrooms (one accessible) are located off the auditorium.
Street parking is free on Sundays. Yale’s parking lot 51, accessed from Temple Street between Elm and Wall Streets, is also free on the weekend, and is a four-minute walk from Rosenfeld Hall.
